The Department of Energy is transitioning to an enterprise-wide procurement and financial assistance system called the Strategic Integrated Procurement Enterprise System (STRIPES), which will replace the Department of Energy systems mentioned in the DVD, namely the e-Center, the Industry Interactive Procurement System (IIPS) and DOEC/Web. The information presented in the DVD will be updated following full implementation of STRIPES.

During the transition to STRIPES, which is anticipated to be completed in FY 2010, the Department will not have a single system for vendors to submit proposals to and receive notifications from. Therefore, please check both the e-Center and FedConnect for opportunities and expect to receive notifications from both systems.
